Absolutely love this tablet in my water! I love the healthy benefits I feel it in my mood, my energy and my brain fog is better!!!

I take these in addition to the capsules as I was using prior to capsule release. My body much prefers the extra help and craves the taste. I tried to not have these when I started the capsules & I was surprised when my body craved them so I began taking them again, they help my moods, I like the taste & much prefer the natural sources.

This has been amazing for my partner who was getting crippling cramps and moods, She is now able to get around and leave the house when she’s got her cramps and mood has improved Which has helped her she has stopped taking painkillers.

I have hot flushes at night broken sleep general sluggishness during the day and mood swings. The fun stuff being a mature woman. These balance fizzies are amazing. I can sleep through the night most nights. Im less bloated lots more energy and have found my mood swings have settled. My partner has noticed the difference too. I tried the capsules when the fizzies were out of stock. They were good but these are better. And I'm drinking more water during the day.'

This product totally won me over. I tried the balance capsules a couple of years ago with mixed results. When the effervescent tablets were introduced it took a while to get used to the taste. I tried it different ways eventually dropping a tab in a mug of warm water with a drop of honey. Now I don’t need the honey- I’ve come to enjoy the taste. Honestly these tablets took away all my menopausal symptoms which included night sweats moodiness stress rosacea and break-outs. My family calls it my “happy drink”!

I’m post-menopausal but still seem to have helped so much with general sluggishness … trouble is now they’re out of stock for the couple of months!

Love this product It absolutely works wonders at balancing me. Reduces all my peri menopause symptoms to almost nil and my last period is the first time ever I have not eaten my entire pantry throughout. Can not recommend enough.

I have struggled over the lat few years with always been tired and no energy I have tried the well woman supplements and took them for month and they did nothing for me I am one who does not believe these supplements work but gave them a go and WOW I have never felt so good for years I use 3 of them and alternate the days I take them and after 2 weeks I feel like a new person had been to the Dr and they wanted to put me on HRT but I did not want to do that unless I had too so tried theses and have not looked back.i take the balance tummy tonic and energy ones worth there money.

Absolutely love these. I suffer with terrible period pains and since taking these I’ve had none! Can’t believe how much calmer I feel round time of the month too.

I’ve been taking these balance fizz tablets for a little under a month and I must admit I feel so much better. The taste isn’t the best so I mix with a small glass Of water and drink a separate glass with it and sip it over around 15mins. I have noticed my nails growing back my skin is smoother and my fine lines are virtually gone ( I’m 46) and going though early menopause so this has been a life saver.

I’m a fan of this product as it helps in keeping my moods balanced however the new fizz option is not my favourite as the flavour is not the nicest.

This is emotional & difficult to write ... Earlier this year I was diagnosed with alopecia areata.. I had one golf ball sized bald spot at 1st and I was told that if it doesnt show signs of regrowth in a couple month then it's likely never too then it was noticed that the front of my hair was balding too... This ment a radical hair change 25plus cm cut off 😱... This product is absolutely incredible and my "miracle" product. I used to suffer with awful night sweats and after just one dose it had reduced to just once and now after a week theyve completely gone and my depression and anxiety is hardly noticeable and I have so much more energy and the best part is it's kept me off having to take HRT which I really didn't want to take so I absolutely swear by this product.
