Welcome to URBAN RETREAT ("UR", "we", "our", or "us"). These Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern participation in the URBAN RETREAT Affiliate Programme (the "Programme") by affiliates ("Affiliate", "you", or "your").
By registering for or participating in the Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not register for or participate in the Programme.
1.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve or reject any Affiliate application for any reason.
1.2 Rejection or removal from the Programme does not entitle an applicant or Affiliate to any compensation or legal recourse.
1.3 Affiliates must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.
2.1 The Affiliate Programme is designed for individuals who already use and genuinely love URBAN RETREAT products.
2.2 Affiliates are encouraged to advocate for UR products by creating and sharing their own content. This may include:
Photos of themselves using the products
Videos discussing their experience or results
Personal testimonies and results
Photos or videos of the products in their daily routine
2.3 This approach ensures that only authentic supporters of the brand participate in the Programme, helping maintain credibility and trust.
2.4 Affiliates can deepen their product knowledge by reviewing product information available on the official URBAN RETREAT website.
2.5 In addition to creating their own content, Affiliates may also share any existing URBAN RETREAT content from our website or social media channels by sharing the direct link along with their discount code. This ensures consistent and brand-aligned messaging while allowing Affiliates to supplement their own authentic content.
3.1 Upon approval, Affiliates will be provided with a unique affiliate link and discount code via their Affiliate Dashboard.
3.2 Discount codes are automatically generated and are for the Affiliate’s personal promotional use only.
3.3 Affiliates may not:
Share or publish codes on public coupon or deal websites.
Misrepresent discounts, offers, or product claims
Use paid advertising to promote their unique affiliate link
4.1 Commission payments:
Affiliates earn commission on qualifying purchases, which are orders where the Affiliate’s unique link or discount code was used.
Commission is calculated on net order value (excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, and other fees).
Commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded orders.
Affiliates must not place orders on behalf of a customer, change delivery addresses to redirect products to themselves, or otherwise act as an intermediary for payment or delivery. Only customer-placed orders qualify for commission.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring orders are correct. If an order must be cancelled due to an affiliate’s mistake, a €5 (or equivalent) transaction cancellation fee may be charged.
Repeated violations or misuse may result in suspension or termination of the Affiliate account.
4.2 Payment schedule & method:
Commissions are paid weekly, every Thursday, covering referrals received from Saturday to Friday of the previous week.
Payments are made directly via WISE transfer.
Affiliates receive a WISE email invitation to set up their account when their first commission is paid.
4.3 Intellectual property & content usage:
Affiliates may share official URBAN RETREAT content (website, social, or other approved materials).
Affiliates must not modify images, videos, or other official content without approval.
All official content remains the exclusive property of URBAN RETREAT.
5.1 Confidentiality / non-disclosure:
Affiliates must not share internal programme details, commission structures, or competitor information.
5.2 GDPR / data protection:
URBAN RETREAT is an honest, reputable company that treats data privacy seriously.
Only the customer’s name appears in the affiliate dashboard when an order is placed.
Affiliates must comply with data protection and privacy laws and handle any personal information lawfully.
6.1 Inactivity & first-month zero sales:
Affiliates inactive for three consecutive months will have their account automatically closed.
Affiliates with zero sales in their first month may also have their account closed at URBAN RETREAT’s discretion.
6.2 Termination:
URBAN RETREAT may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of Terms, misuse, or conduct harming the brand.
Commissions earned up to the date of account closure will still be paid in the next scheduled payment.
After termination, affiliate links and discount codes will be deactivated.
7.1 Affiliates are encouraged to promote URBAN RETREAT products authentically and in alignment with our brand values.
7.2 Affiliates may:
Share URBAN RETREAT social media posts
Create original content featuring UR products
Promote their unique discount code or affiliate link
7.3 Affiliates must not:
Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims
Imply medical or guaranteed results unless explicitly approved
Use paid ads, brand bidding, or trademarked terms without written permission
Engage in spam, unethical marketing, or deceptive practices
7.4 Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws (including clear disclosure of affiliate relationships).
8.1 Affiliates may request removal from the Programme at any time by contacting support@urban-retreat.com.
9.1 URBAN RETREAT reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.
9.2 Continued participation in the Programme after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
URBAN RETREAT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Programme, including loss of revenue or data.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
