What a difference Soul makes.The biggest improvement for me is the help with my mood swings the week before mother nature arrives. My 2 year old daughter passed unexpectedly 5 1/2 months ago. To say that my Soul needed a little pick-me-up would be an understatement. I honestly think SOUL is a miracle shot. I have suffered with my mood since my early teens and since I started taking soul daily I’ve noticed my moods have been a lot more stable. I’ve been able to home-school without being in tears daily. My anxiety has been at such a lower level. I’d say I’m happy most of the time but sometimes I have uncontrollable bouts of worry panic and crying. Often I’ve sat and just cried..... For no reason whatsoever.
