BLACK COHOSH
Used to control the symptoms of menopause, such as headaches, hot flushes, mood swings, sleep problems, heart palpitations and night sweats.
GAMMA-ORYZANOL
Gamma oryzanol is used for high cholesterol and symptoms of menopause and ageing.
HESPERIDIN
Used as a natural remedy for symptoms associated with menopausal changes, premenstrual syndrome and varicose veins.
L-5-HYDROXYTRYPTOPHAN
Helps the body to produce more serotonin to regulate moods and promote restful sleep. Increased serotonin levels may also reduce the risk of hot flushes.
SAFFRON
Helps to relieve some of the emotional changes experienced by women undergoing perimenopause and menopause; such as irritability, anxiety and feelings of sadness.
DIRECTIONS
To get the maximum benefit from this product we recommend taking 2 capsules every morning. If required take an additional 1 capsule before bed.
