THE KICK-OFF PHASE
BUILDING YOUR CUSTOMER BASE
1. 20% BASE COMMISSION
You get paid a 20% commission on every sale you make, from the moment you sign up. Payments are made directly into your bank account every Thursday.
Any orders placed from Saturday to Friday midnight (CST) are paid their commissions the following Thursday.
2. 5-10% ADDED BONUS
If you sell over $250 in any calendar month, we will send you an extra 5% commission payment, effectively bumping you up to 25% commissions on all personal sales you made that month. These payments are paid directly into your bank account on the 7th day after month-end.
If you sell over $700 in any calendar month, we send you an extra 10% instead, bumping you up to 30% commission!
3. MID-MONTH UR-SPEND
Sell over £150/€180/$200/$270CAD between the 1st and the 14th of any given month and you will receive a £15/€18/$20/$27CAD UR-Spend Bonus!
UR-Spend can be used to pay for products and what's more, you get commission on the sales you make when you spend it too!
This bonus is credited to your account on the 15th of the month and must be used before (not including) the 7th of the following month when UR-Spend balances will re-set.
FAST-START BONUSES
When starting their business every new consultant is given the option to buy a specialist starter kit of their choice. The kits are provided at a heavily reduced price as an investment from us, into your new venture.
As an alternative or an addition to buying a kit we also offer Fast-Start: We reward fast-starting Consultants with even further investment allowing them to expand their kit range, develop their expertise and continue to grow their business quickly with additional specialist kits, completely free.
Our Fast-Start plan not only guides you toward the best path for success but with four stages available, there’s also the possibility to gain a Free kit to cover every single part of the UR Range.
STAGE 1:
In your first 30 days, achieve $500 in personal sales.
Congratulations! You can now claim a FREE start-up kit of your choice!
STAGE 2:
In your first 60 days, achieve $1000 in personal sales.
Recruit a 1st Generation Consultant who then achieves $500 in their first 30 days in the business.
Congratulations! You can now claim an additional FREE start-up kit of your choice!
STAGE 3:
In your first 90 days, achieve $1500 in personal sales.
Recruit 2 people in your 1st Generation who then go on to sell $500 in their first 30 days in the business.
Congratulations! You can now claim an additional FREE start-up kit of your choice!
STAGE 4:
In your first 120 days, achieve $2000 in personal sales.
Recruit 3 people in your 1st Generation who then go on to sell $500 in their first 30 days in the business.
Congratulations! You can now claim an additional FREE start-up kit of your choice!
EXAMPLE
Becky signs up on the 1st of January and achieves $500 in personal sales by January 30th.
Becky qualifies for Fast-Start Stage 1!
Becky then also achieves $500 in sales in February as well as recruiting Jane on the 28th of February.
By the 28th of March, Jane has achieved personal sales of £500 and also qualifies for Stage 1 of Fast-Start.
Since Becky recruited Jane within her first 60 days and has helped Jane achieve personal sales of $500 in Jane’s first 30 days, Becky qualifies for Stage 2 of Fast-Start and can claim her second FREE Starter Kit!

5. EARN UP TO 10% IN TEAM COMMISSIONS
Earning team commission has never been more in your own control! Get paid up to 10% on your directs, with simple step by step goals that just keep on paying with team commission up to 6 generations deep!

Senior Manager and above: From Senior Manager you will be qualified for Rank Bonuses. At Platinum Manger and above, your strongest leg is called your ‘Power Leg’. You will be paid on your ‘Power Leg’ , plus all other legs every month where your volume outside your 'Power Leg' exceeds 60% of your total volume.
These payments are made on the 7th day after month-end. Payments for Lead Consultant are made to their Consultant UR-Spend account balance and must be used before (not including) the 7th of the following month when UR-Spend balances will re-set. Payments for Senior Consultant and above are paid directly into their Bank account by direct deposit
6. 100% CHEQUE MATCH BONUS
Help two or more direct team members to achieve Senior Consultant within their first six months and receive a 100% cheque match on their monthly team commissions. You’ll continue to receive this bonus as long as you have at least two direct team members at Senior Consultant, within their first 6 months. The match bonus gets credited month and month again on each recruit that remains in their first 6 months. The bonus isn't capped at just two direct team members either. You can earn the cheque match bonus on any number of team members, 2 to infinity! Even if a direct team member hits a rank above Senior Consultant within their first 6 months, you still receive a 100% cheque match bonus on their team commissions too.
7. RANK BONUS
The Rank Bonus is automatically activated by anyone who achieves Senior Manager or above for 3 consecutive months.
In the 4th month, you will receive Rank Bonus on top of everything else that you have earned! If at any time you fall below Senior Manager you will need to re-qualify.
Annual amounts are paid monthly at the rate achieved each month.
8. CAR PLAN
UR Car Bonus is automatically activated when you achieve Senior Executive or above for 3 consecutive months.
On the 4th month, you will receive UR Car Bonus on top of everything else that you have earned!
The bonus payments are as follows (we’ve calculated this to cover the monthly payment on a Tesla Model 3 or higher!)
Senior Executive : $585 pcm
Platinum Executive : $850 pcm
Diamond Executive : $1250 pcm
Payments are made on the 7th of each month based on the rank you achieved in the previous month.
