Within the next 24 hours we will begin refunding all orders in our system that have not yet shipped. Please be patient during this process. You do not need to contact our Admin support, we will refund all orders that have not been shipped.

Your outpouring of support for UR and your loyalty to our UR products has moved us deeply. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers as we work to recover and bring our business back stronger than ever.

We are currently assessing the impact of the damage and we will bring up updates on our recovery plan in the coming days.
