FOREHEAD:
Place three fingers of both hands at the centre of your forehead. Slowly sweep across your forehead out to your temples with slight pressure.
BROWS:
Place two fingers from both hands at the bridge of your nose. Slowly sweep over the brow bone with slight pressure, and finish at your temples.
UNDER EYE:
Place both of your middle fingers at the bridge of your nose. Slowly sweep down over the top of the cheekbones finishing at your temples.
CHEEKS:
Place three fingers from both hands at the side of each nostril. Sweep down under the line of the cheekbones, ending at the front of your ears.
JAWLINE:
Place three fingers from both hands at the centre of your chin. Sweep up along the jawline to the earlobes and down the sides of your neck to the collarbone.
NECK:
Cup your hand at the base of your chin, and using your entire palm, sweep down the neck alternating right and left hand.
